How We Got Started
The Fields
Believe it or not, Pussy Cat Fields started in my heart when I was about 6 years old. Of course, that name was not in my head at the time, but the concept was there. I dreamt of having a sanctuary full of domestic cats, lions, jaguars, cheetahs, and tigers. Yes, dream big or go home (smile). Anyone that knows me knows that I do not go home…wink, wink! From the time I was six until now, I have owned and loved domesticated cats.
The Story Behind Pussy Cat Fields
My journey with the Maine Coon breed began in January 2020. I was browsing the website, and I came across a cat breeder from Russia who owned Maine Coons. There was one that caught my eye. I was instantly star-struck by this kitten she called Hermes and I absolutely had to have him. I contacted her, and we made arrangements for him to be shipped to me for my birthday in February of 2020. Undoubtedly, he was the best birthday gift a crazy cat lady could ever ask for.
I drove to Dallas, Texas to pick him up from the airport. When I finally pulled him out of his cage, after processing him through customs, and held and hugged him, I knew something MAGICAL had just occurred. I knew right then and there what I was destined to do with the remainder of my life. Pussy Cat Fields was born.

Pussy Cat Fields Guiding Principles
Love. We believe in loving our Maine Coons like ourselves. In placing this principle at our very core, it will guide our actions as we grow and make decisions that affect our Maine Coons, our adoptive parents and the communities we serve.
Support. We believe in being available and ready to provide one-on-one support to our adoptive parents, when and if needed, in order to ensure the health and longevity of all our cats.
Education. We believe in constantly educating our customers, and ourselves, so we both can have a better understanding of the breed and their needs so they can have long, healthy, enjoyable lives.
Integrity. We believe building trust through honesty and openness about the health and condition of our Maine Coons. Therefore, we will be honest and upright in our conduct, unimpaired by selfish ambition or motives.

Thank you for visiting the Fields! My name is Jennifer “JG” Garrison and I am the owner and breeder of Pussy Cat Fields.
I am a native to Boston, Massachusetts, but have made Oklahoma my home. I am a retired Air Force veteran, a real estate agent, and above all else…A Crazy Cat Lady! I am married and have two beautiful children.
I love spending time with my cats, helping people, and making a positive difference in someone else’s life every day.
My goal with this cattery is to breed Maine Coons that are sweet, socialized, and healthy so I can share them with the world. I believe in total transparency so you can feel confident that you are adopting a Maine Coon from a solid, trusted, and ethical breeder.
